Is your company insured?

Yes. Harts Company Ltd. has a full public liability insurance. It covers accidental damages caused by our cleaning technicians, theft and also key loss.

Tell me more about your staff.

We always make full pre-employment screening before we hire someone. That includes criminal record checks, background checks, reference checks and employment verifications. We mostly employ people with experience and those who show great skills & motivation during the 3 month testing period for new employees. Our staff is constantly undergoing training & monitoring.

Do you offer quality service guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the end result we will either keep cleaning until you like what we’ve done or we will arrange a re-clean with another team of ours.

What is your working schedule?

We commence cleaning sessions from 7 a.m up until 7 p.m., every day from Monday to Sunday. We gladly accept weekend and bank holiday appointments too. Getting in touch with us though is non-stop: no matter what time it is, should you have a cleaning related problem or question do not hesitate and call 24/7!

How can I pay for your services?

We accept card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Diners, Delta), cash, cheque and bank transfers.

Are your cleaning products safe for humans & animals?

Yes. We only use Prochem detergents, that are mild, biodegradable, contain no allergen nor animal fat.

Do you offer emergency appointments?

Yes. Depending on our current availability, we can dispatch a 2 men team as soon as 30 minutes after your call.

Do I need to be present when you carry out your tasks?

No. Once we’ve agreed upon the service specifics over the phone, we can them make some access arrangements (key pick up).
